Elbridge Colby

Elbridge Colby is the Robert M Gates Fellow at the Center for a New American Security. He previously worked for the Office of the Secretary of Defense and a number of government commissions on nuclear weapons issues and is the co-editor of Strategic Stability: Contending Interpretations.
